Justin Owen Rawlins

Justin Owen Rawlins is a PhD Candidate in the Departments of Communication & Culture and American Studies at Indiana University. He has published essays in Quarterly Review of Film and Video and Screwball Television: Critical Perspectives on Gilmore Girls, and has contributed to Film & History, Popular Communication, Journal of Sport History and In Media Res. His dissertation explores the historical reception of Method acting and actors in 20th century U.S. culture.
