James Magrini

James Magrini teaches Western philosophy and ethics at College of Dupage (Glen Ellyn/USA). He has published numerous peer-review articles on many subjects including Heidegger’s philosophy. In 2017 he published, with Elias Schwieler, Heidegger on Literature, Poetry, and Education During the “Turn” (Routledge). His most recent monographs are titled Plato’s Socrates, Philosophy, and Education (Springer) and The Ethical Call of Nature: Reticent Imperatives (Routledge), which merges phenomenology and environmental ethics.
