Anne Helen Wilson

Anne Helen Wilson grew up in New Zealand, where, for 25 years, her parents ran a travelling picture show, hence her interest in picture shows and rural communities. Anne has lived in Gippsland for four years and is in the second year of her PhD at Monash University. The title of her thesis is “From Talkies to Television: Picture Shows in Gippsland, 1930-1956”.
