Maryann De Julio is Professor in the Department of Modern and Classical Language Studies, Kent State University, Kent, Ohio, where she teaches a variety of courses on French cinema and Women and Film. Among her film publications she has written on Germaine Dulac, Marguerite Duras, and Victor Schlöndorff.
