Federico Windhausen

Federico Windhausen is a film scholar whose research areas include Latin American cinema (with an emphasis on Argentina) and experimental practices in film, video, and new media. He also programs other people's films and makes his own. His writing has been published in journals such as October, Hitchcock Annual, Grey Room, and Millennium Film Journal. His essays can also be found in Cinephilia: Movies, Love and Memory (2005), Art and The Moving Image: A CriticalReader (2008), Optic Antics: The Cinema of Ken Jacobs (2011). He is currently writing a monograph on Paul Sharits.
