Barbora Bartunkova

Barbora Bartunkova is a PhD student in the History of Art at Yale University, focusing on modern and contemporary European art, photography, and film. Her research interests include French modernity, interwar avant-gardes, and the relationship between visual representation and politics during the Cold War. Barbora holds an MA with Distinction in the History of Art from University College London, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in French with Film Studies.
