Arta Barzanji

Arta Barzanji is an Iranian filmmaker, critic and curator based in London, and an AHRC-funded PhD candidate at the University of Roehampton. His research, Concrete Abstractions: Film Criticism and Dialectical Thought, combines written and videographic criticism. His writings have appeared in Cineaste, MUBI Notebook, Sabzian, Art Monthly and Documentary Magazine.
